All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 30 days from purchase. If your purchase does not match the description or if the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order – we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payments.
For defective products, please take photos or videos and email us at support@eshopefy.com and info.eshopefy@gmail.com – we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
EXCHANGE, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Please note that Costumes, Costume accessories, and customized products are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the quality and integrity of our customized offerings. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to double-check your specifications before placing your order. Thank you!
Our policy lasts 30 days. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (12 days not including 2-3 days processing)
- you receive the wrong item.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
There is a 25% restocking fee on all orders returned for credit. No Exceptions.
If you are shipping to another address, we may inquire to verify if it’s a different billing/shipping address.
We will issue you a refund for your original order (minus shipping fees, which are not credited) within a week of the receipt of the return. During the Halloween/Christmas Season (Oct/Nov/Dec) refunds may take up to 4 weeks. Banks typically take 24-48 hours to process credits.
Please ask all questions on Order Comments before placing an order.
A return will NOT be accepted if it shows signs of: Use, Wear or Alteration, Missing Pieces, Cigarette Smoke Odors & Makeup Stains, or Without Original Packaging or Tags.
To receive your refund please follow the steps below:
- Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
- Request your Return Authorization Number by emailing support@eshopefy.com with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval, you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
- To ensure your refund please use trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. (You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure you send the item back as a gift as we don’t cover custom fees for returns.
- Upon receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, Costumes, Costumes accessories, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Processing Time: Once your refund request is approved, please allow 5 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale/Promotion items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 25% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

Due to the nature of these items and the time required for customization and shipping, we encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. Invalid Reasons:
Buyers no longer want the items – this is the most common example we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at eShopefy Online Store. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else – Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

- Helium tanks – Helium tanks are exchange-only, and cannot be refunded.

- Reusable Value Bags
- The Reusable Balloon Bag cannot be returned unless found defective before use.

Shoe Returns:
All shoes must be unmarked (without scuffs), unworn, and in new condition. Try your shoes on indoors in a carpeted area to avoid making them ineligible for a return.
Sizing Issues
If you are returning an item because of a size issue, please make sure you check the costume itself and do not rely on the label on the outside packaging. It is not unusual for a manufacturer to use the same labeling or packaging for all costume sizes. In addition, the size of the costume may be CORRECT while the package labeling is incorrect.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for size-related issues. All size measurements are provided in the product descriptions, including any potential discrepancies. Our focus is on ensuring the quality of our products. Costume styles (colors, fabrics, etc.) are subject to change without notice due to manufacturer changes. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We do our best to catch these issues before they arise, but the manufacturers rarely notify us of these changes. We take great care to reflect any changes in the website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them. If you notice any discrepancies before we do, please let us know so we can change our descriptions and photos to provide a better experience for all of our customers. We only accept returns for defective items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we thank you for understanding.

All eShopefy.com orders placed through Amazon.com, eBay, or other third-party marketplace such as Walmart and Target+, should consult the return policy of the relevant site.
Please keep in mind that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and return and/or original shipping charges are not refundable.

No returns will be accepted without an RMA Number. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused and sent back to the customer at the customer’s own expense. An RMA number is valid 1-2 days from the date the package is received and the product must be in its original condition without any damage and accompanied by all packaging. The product must be 100% complete with ALL original packaging and complete with ANY documentation provided by the manufacturer.
Defective items can be returned within a 1-2 day period of receipt of merchandise. You will also need to call the Shipping Department and get an RMA for defective items. If the items are returned after the 1-2 day period, they will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.
